We’re here to help.

The Harassment Free Homes Project is a joint effort by two law firms dedicated to helping survivors of housing discrimination and, especially, survivors of sexual harassment in housing. We started this project to get the word out. Too often, survivors and their advocates aren’t fully aware of their options. We believe education is as critical as representation.

Brancart & Brancart

Brancart & Brancart has been dedicated to representing the victims of housing discrimination since 1989. The firm represented counteless women who were sexually harassed by a housing provider. It is one of the most experienced law firms in the country on this issue and it has litigated a number of high-profile cases, including Sellers et al. v. Wesley et al., Case No. 1:14-cv-422 (M.D.N.C. 2014), which ended in a $2,700,000 settlement and Savannah-Chatham County Fair Housing Council v. Morgan et al., Case. No. 4:07-cv-125 (S.D. Ga. 2007), which ended in a $680,000 settlement.
